Not manually.
You send (to the script engine) (or put this in a script, or immediate, or execute):

Sub1 "triggername", "%0", arrayofusefulwildcards
Sub2 "triggername", "%0", arrayofusefulwildcards

Which will call both subroutines, just as if you had them in the 'script' box.
Or you could use Call if it makes it easier to read:

Call Sub1("triggername", "%0", arrayofusefulwildcards)
Call Sub2("triggername", "%0", arrayofusefulwildcards)

And, if you want to call other subroutines from inside one, you do just that. Call the subroutines.

You could even do this, if you didnt want to have to deal with the array...
Sub CalledFromTrigger (sName, sLine, aryWild)
MySub1 sName, sLine, aryWild
MySub2 sName, sLine, aryWild
End Sub

Which would call both subroutines (1 and 2) in order (from inside the routine that was called from the trigger).
